We are in search of an MBBS doctor. They should be able to find the cause of the issue based on symptoms. They should be able to react to medical problems by looking up their medical history, treating the diagnosis treatments, counselling, and diagnosis by ordering lab tests and interpreting test results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* They must be able to discuss the results of the tests with patients without restriction and provide as precise information as they can about their illnesses and injuries.
* They need to gather and analyze the patient's medical history for better treatment.
* They should be able to take excellent care of patients and support them for their speedy and effective recovery.
* They must be able to communicate with patients and understand the issues.
* They should be able to recommend the most effective alternative treatment or medication for the patient's injury.
* They must keep an ongoing record of their visits and regular check on patients suffering from injuries.
* They must be able to prescribe treatments and medicines for the patient's medical condition. They should be able to order tests and read and interpret results as precisely as possible.
* They should be a skilled communicator and capable of empathizing with the person.
* They must attend all follow-up appointments required to bring back the patient's health to its fullest.
* Patients should be referred to specialists if needed according to the results of their tests.
* They must exhibit empathy for the patients and their family members.
* They should be capable of working for long hours without interruption.
* They should be patient and polite with the person.
